Place, date & tickets

The third German qualifier of the 2026–2027 season will take place at the Stadtsaal Frechen (Kolpingplatz 1) in Frechen (Cologne) on Saturday, March 13, 2027.

Food & Drinks

We operate this day the bar/cafeteria in the entrance hall. You can buy coupons at the box office and use them to buy food and drinks at the bar.

Please note that you are not allowed to eat in the theater hall itself.

Info about the stage

• The stage is 11m wide and 9m deep.

• Floor: The stage floor consists of black painted parquet floor with standard black ballet floor over.

Access for disabled people

There are a couple of seats available for wheelchairs. Please contact us prior to the competition.

Public transport & Parking

You can reach Stadtsaal Frechen by public transportation. There are multiple bus stops just a few hundred meters walking distance.

Timetable

Four weeks prior to the competition, there will be a temporary time schedule available on the website.  This temporary time schedule can still change as the inscriptions are still open. The final time schedule will be available one week prior to the competition on the website. The timetable mentions the times the dancers need to be ready to go on stage. You can find on your subscription confirmation in which age division and style you participate.

For solos, duos & trios there is a dressing room available half an hour up front, for groups an hour up front. If you arrive earlier, please wait until the dressing room is free and also leave the dressing room in time for the next dancers.

There are multiple award ceremonies during the day so that the dancers can go home if they are not able to stay the whole day.
