The second German qualifier of 2026-2027 will take place on Sunday, February 28, 2027, at the Dr.-Hans-Köster Kultur- und Medienzentrum (Steinstraße 15).
Tickets can be purchased in cash at the ticket desk on the day itself.
We will be running the bar/cafeteria ourselves in the building that day. You can buy tokens at the box office and use them to purchase food and drinks at the bar. In addition to drinks, pasta boxes, sandwiches, chips, donuts, muffins, chocolate rolls, apples, bananas, and chocolate waffles will be available for purchase. It’s best to have cash ready for the vouchers (no electronic payment methods available). Please note, eating is not allowed inside the theater hall.
ATTENTION, this stage has a trapezoid shape. At the front the width of the stage is 12m40 and at the back the stage is 8m wide. The depth is 8m.
Floor: The stage floor exists of black painted parquet covered with black ballet floor.
There are a couple of seats available for wheelchairs. Please contact us prior to the competition.
You can reach the Dr.-Hans-Köster-Saal in Pulheim by public transportation. The Pulheim train stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The Pulheim Rathaus bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.

Four weeks prior to the competition, there will be a temporary time schedule available on the website. This temporary time schedule can still change as the inscriptions are still open. The final time schedule will be available one week prior to the competition on the website. The timetable mentions the times the dancers need to be ready to go on stage. You can find on your subscription confirmation in which age division and style you participate.
For solos, duos & trios there is a dressing room available half an hour up front, for groups an hour up front. If you arrive earlier, please wait until the dressing room is free and also leave the dressing room in time for the next dancers.
There are multiple award ceremonies during the day so that the dancers can go home if they are not able to stay the whole day.
