Place, date & tickets

The 18th Belgian qualification competition of the 2025–2026 season will take place at Arjaan Theater (Zonnebloemstraat 5) in Geraardsbergen on Saturday, January 16, 2027.

Tickets can be purchased in cash at the ticket desk on the day itself, or electronically in advance via this link. After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive the tickets by email. These can be scanned at the ticket desk on the day of the competition, where you will receive your wristband.

FOOD & DRINKS

We do not operate the cafeteria at this location, but you can go to the cafeteria of the Cinema Focus building for a drink. Unfortunately, they do not open until 12h30. Before 12h30 you can come to the box office for something small (coffee, bottle of water, fruit, waffle). You can also join us all day long for a pasta box as the cafeteria only offers small snacks.

Info about the stage

• Measurements: 11m wide and 10m long.

• Floor:  The stage floor exists of black painted parquet covered with black ballet floor.

Access for disabled people

There are a couple of seats available for wheelchairs. Please contact us prior to the competition.

Public transport & Parking

You can take a train or bus to Arjaan Theater. If you come by car, you can park for at the parking of Arjaan Theater.

Timetable

Four weeks prior to the competition, there will be a temporary time schedule available on the website.  This temporary time schedule can still change as the inscriptions are still open. The final time schedule will be available one week prior to the competition on the website. The timetable mentions the times the dancers need to be ready to go on stage. You can find on your subscription confirmation in which age division and style you participate.

For solos, duos & trios there is a dressing room available half an hour up front, for groups an hour up front. If you arrive earlier, please wait until the dressing room is free and also leave the dressing room in time for the next dancers.

There are multiple award ceremonies during the day so that the dancers can go home if they are not able to stay the whole day.
